This cafe-restaurant hybrid offers a laid-back atmosphere that feels just right for a brunch or late lunch, attracting locals who appreciate both traditional Filipino dishes and familiar cafe-style options.

Inside, the space is clean and welcoming, with a friendly staff ready to accommodate dietary preferences — whether that means swapping out ingredients or simply explaining the menu. The vibe here leans towards casual and approachable rather than formal, making it easy to settle in for an unhurried meal or a mid-day catch-up.

Food-wise, Kokoe’s kitchen focuses on classic Filipino fare with a home-cooked feel. Standouts include the Sisig Tacos De Pescado and signature silogs like the Tapsilog, which carry the comforting, hearty flavors that fans of Filipino cuisine appreciate. For those leaning towards something more contemporary, there are also burgers and burritos with Filipino twists, such as the Beef Caldereta Burrito. Portions tend to be generous and filling, though some dishes like the pork belly have received mixed feedback on moisture, suggesting guests may want to explore different menu options depending on their preferences.

Coffee here is prepared with care, rounding out the experience for those popping in for breakfast or an afternoon break. The casual setting and open hours make Kokoe a solid pick for a relaxed weekday morning or a gentle Sunday lunch. Great place for all day breakfast. They were accommodating to changing the Big Breakfast menu to be vegetarian for me. Everything tasted fresh, hot food served, and made to order quickly. Friendly staff, and nice atmosphere, just off the highstreet it's a convenient location. Will definitely come again in the future.

Food was all I expected it to be. Tasty and very filling. The pork belly was nice but a bit dry...in all a real nice meal.

What can I say, this little cafe offers a range of Filipino meals and traditional cafe style cafes. The food has a home cooked feel, but could be a little more refined for the price, the pork dishes were nice, but the pasta was underwhelming. The coffee was nice

I just had brunch here, and it was wonderful. My first impression was the setting. Everything is nicely presented and super clean. The staff are so kind and helpful, the food is tasty and so was the tropical drink. I'm so glad I have found a local Filipino cafe/restaurant. I will be coming back. Thanks Kokoe.

Really amazing food and a great brunch place. We ordered the Pork Siopao, Tocilog and the Tapsilog and they all reminded us of our time back in the Philippines. Their Ube Latte is heavenly and is a really nice drink to start a day with. Can’t complain about the staff who are just very awesome and attentive and who immediately cater to our needs. Will definitely come back again. Really nice to have a place where we can spend our Sunday mornings in.

Great place for authentic Filipino dishes. Place was spacious and staff was friendly. Service is fast as well. Had the sisig. It was porky and crispy. Also had their Halo Halo. Is everything you want in a typical halo halo (missing the ube ice cream).
